Glad to see another MUA appreciating & loving makeup on a budget! I have a confession to make - up until now, I did not admit to anyone that I LOVE, absolutely love Essence eye liners! I own all the colours and love them for their colour vibrancy and believe it or not, staying power! And even though they do not claim to be "waterproof", they pretty much are! I used these on hot humid days (provided you still you use an eyeshadow base underneath) and they did NOT move or transfer! For an eyeliner the price of a small latte - I was impressed to say the least!
